Bad eating habits at UAEM
1.- Students start their day without having breakfast at home.
2.- In the morning they drink a refresh and smoke a cigarette.
3.- They eat a soup maruchan with their coca cola.
4.- They eat a lot of food spicy with chemicals (Valentina)
5.- They go to drink alcohol since 9 or 10 o'clock.
6.- We eat fast food every wednesday in the market.
Tips for eat more healthy
1.- Have some fruit for breakfast in the morning.
2.- Drink a bit of milk or smoothie to help your stomach.
3.- Try to bring your own food or find a place with healthier food.
4.- Do exercise to make you hungry.
5.- Don't eat so much fast food, once in a while it's fine.
I learned what are the things that I should not have breakfast.
It is useful because it helps to stop bad habits.
I need to improve my english.
It was easy because I have good habits.
